I’m Joe McCarthy, a North West-based property investor with a passion for high-yielding property investments. Born and raised in Ireland, I’ve made the North West my home, where I’ve been building my property portfolio since 2019. With a background in managing furnished-holiday-lets/serviced accommodation, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the local market and a keen eye for opportunity.
